Assistant Branch Manager - Coloma Office (167 Paw Paw Street)



Job Responsibilities:

  Supervises the branch and ensures that policies and procedures are followed correctly in the branch.
  Takes consumer loan applications and processes them for approval by the branch manager.
  Opens new accounts, including checking, savings, CDs and IRAs. Enters renewals, renegotiations, and closes accounts.
  Handles customer complaints; researches and resolves problems.
  Balances ATM, vault, night-drops, and the overall branch
  Conducts transactions for customers, enters transactions into the computer, and balances transactions with the cash drawer at the end of the shift. Answers customer questions and requests in person, through the drive-thru window, and over the phone.

 

Qualifications:

  High school diploma or equivalent
  3-5 years experience in a financial institution preferred.
  Supervisory experience preferred. Proven ability to train, guide, and supervise.
  Good written and verbal communication skills.
